It's The Little Things | Easter Sunday Brunch

Since I've known Chris, we've gone to brunch at the country club with his family on Easter Sunday.  When we were first married, we would split our time between both families on Easter.  But last year, my parents started coming with us to brunch... the more the merrier!

Easter in the Northeast can be hit or miss when it comes to weather.  Depending on when Easter is and just the luck of the draw.  It was definitely chilly on Easter morning, but the sun was out and it warmed up to the low 60s by the time we were heading home.

Noah started off being rather quiet and shy.  I think the amount of people overwhelmed him a bit (there were 14 of us at our table and many more walking around getting food).  But once he ate some food and got comfortable, he was happy as can be.

After Noah ate (mostly fruit and pastries), he was up making his rounds.  He did some activity books with Grandma & Grandpa (or rather he directed my mom on how to do it).

Then he went to visit with Nonna, and he got a gift from his Great Gram.  She got him the softest Jellycat bunny rabbit and a cute bunny rabbit book.  Noah LOVED it!

Next, he went to say "thank you" to Gram and got to play with her cane.  Gram folds her collapsible cane up and then Noah marvels at how it opens back up.  He could literally do this 100 times and be happy!

We couldn't leave without getting a few group shots...

It's fun having this annual tradition on Easter.  I really enjoy getting a group shot each year and seeing how everyone has changed over the years.

^^^ we must have really tired Noah out, because 5 minutes into the ride home and he was passed out!

  1. It looks like you had a great time! Your family should be in a magazine! Everyone is so beautiful...and don't get me started on how cute Gram is! Adorable!

  2. Group family shots are the best. I live so far from my family so I really cherish the photos where everyone is in there together.

  3. I love your dress and your whole look!!! Where is that dress from?! I swear you have the best clothes.
Sounds like you guys had a fabulous Easter brunch! Noah looks like such a big boy in the chair all by himself :)
