St. Patty's Day Crafts

Since St. Patty's Day is next week, I've tried to incorporate a few festive activities in with Noah.  This week we made a Rainbow and Pot of Gold craft that I found on Pinterest.   Since my mom was over that afternoon, she helped Noah while I took pictures.  I think Noah's favorite part was the glue stick... he loved turning it up and down.  He lost interest towards the end and just wanted to play with the glue stick, but my mom and I were impressed with how long he actually was into it!  While his "rainbow" is more abstract than the example, I think I prefer Noah's ;)

I also gave Noah some green play doh and a shamrock cookie cutter and let him have some fun :)  Later this week we plan on baking and decorating shamrock sugar cookies.

^^^ Chris taught him how to blow little circles of play-doh out of the "rolling pin".

Next up... Easter Crafts!!!

  1. I'm SUPER impressed that he was so into the craft! He did a great job and like you said, I think his rainbow is way better than a traditional rainbow!
