Five on Friday

After a crazy Halloween week and birthday weekend, Noah and I were ready for a more low key week.  Chris was still swamped at work and got home late every evening.  Our Tuesday plans got cancelled after Noah got a little stomach bug Monday night.  Thankfully it was really short lived and we were able to start doing things again on Wednesday.  It was nice to spend some time at home and Noah enjoyed playing with all his new toys!  We have a few things planned for this weekend, but nothing crazy :)  Now on to my five on Friday...

We just got the pictures back from our fall photo shoot.  Kristen did an AMAZING job capturing our family and Noah!  Here's a sneak peek!  If you live in New Jersey, you must check Kristen Boylan Photography out... you won't be disappointed!

Here's a video from the morning of Noah's 2nd birthday!  Chris was playing with him in his room and got this cute video...

Noah had his 2 year check up on Monday.  He weighs 30 lbs 8 oz (87th percentile) and is 36.5 inches tall (94th percentile).  He got two shots... a vaccine and a flu shot.  He did not like them and cried more than I expected.

My parents gave Noah a car for both his first and second birthday.  You think we can keep this tradition going until he's 17 ;)!

I also want to wish my niece a very happy birthday!  I can't believe she will be 7 tomorrow!  Tonight, she is having a few of her girlfriends over for a party.  They are doing a sleepover party, minus the actual sleepover.  The girls are coming over in their PJs and making pizzas, but they will go home around 9pm.  I think it's perfect since there's always a few kids who don't end up lasting the whole night anyway... all the fun without the hassle!

I'm linking up with The Farmer's Wife and September Farm for "Oh Hey Friday"

I'm also linking up with DarciAprilChristina and Natasha's blogs for their Five on Friday!

  1. OH MY GOSH! Noah in that car is just so adorable! I LOVE the little trailer on the back. You definitely have to re-create that picture you mentioned to me! I die.
Also him when he is one in his new car with his tongue sticking out... so cute!
Can't wait to see more of your family photos! That first one is so adorable with him in that hat!
