Nature Walk | Fall Bucket List

Last week, Noah and I went on a nature walk with my parents.  It was my dad's birthday and we were looking for an activity to do together.  It was a nice fall day, so we decided to go to a nearby park and explore.  Noah walked almost the whole thing and only went on my dad's shoulders for a few minutes!  He had so much fun collecting acorns, sticks, and leaves.  At first he didn't want to touch the leaves, but by the end he was picking them all up!

^^^ come Grandma, walk with us!

^^^ check out my acorn!

^^^ we should go this way!

^^^ ooh a stick!

My mom had the idea to do an art project with the leaves Noah collected.  We got some fall colored construction paper, glue and some fall stickers, and they got to work!  I love how last minute ideas can be the most fun!

  1. What a beautiful walk! I love the idea of collecting leaves/acorns on a walk and making a fun project with them. Makes it fun for the little ones to go on a hunt too. Thanks for linking up!

  2. How fun! What a beautiful walk. I LOVE the changing colors of the leaves during the fall. If only we got that here and I didn't just have to look at pictures and daydream. Noah is too cute with your mom and dad! You can tell how much he loves them and loves being with them. He just looks so happy up there on grandpa's shoulders!
