It's The Little Things - Favorite Parts of My Day

I feel so blessed to be able to stay at home with Noah every day and be his mama!  I love waking up with him, caring to his needs, playing with him, giving him millions of hugs and kisses each day, and rocking him to sleep at the end of the day.  Sometimes the days get long, but it really is the little things we do each day that make me so happy!

Noah ends up in our bed every night.  He wakes up happy and we sing songs in bed, "Itsy Bitsy Spider" is always on the agenda :)  Recently, he's started climbing on top of me to sit on me.  He thinks it's hilarious, I think it's adorable :)

I love playing cars with him.  It's fun teaching him how to wind up the car so that it will go across the kitchen floor.  I also like the timer ap on my phone :)

I had a lot of fun doing Noah's swim class with him.  Though I found out we can go to the Saturday class instead, so Chris will be doing the swimming with him from now on.  I'm happy for Chris to do it… it's something he loves doing with Noah.

Noah loves to read!  We really should do it more often.  He loves touch and feel books and lift the flap books the most.

I especially love our days outside at the park.  Could life get any better for a kid than being pushed on a swing?  That smile makes my heart happy :)

I took Noah down the slide with me last week, and seeing his excitement to go down again and again was so cool!  Soon he'll be going down on his own and won't need me anymore :(

Boys and their sticks.  He was so pleased to show off his "treasure"!

Noah has a love for ice cream just like I do.  Nothing is better than some refreshing ice cream/frozen yogurt after running around at the park.

And while playing with Noah is amazing, I think my favorite part is when he falls asleep on my shoulder.  It brings me back to the newborn days.  I could sit for hours with him nuzzled into my neck.

Once again I'm linking up with Jess of Sadie Sky Boutique and Ashley of Words About Waverly.

  1. Such sweet moments!! My daughter loves to "push you" (swing) all day too. Stopping by from the link up. Have a fabulous day!-xo
