This year we celebrated Easter with my family on Saturday. I was so happy that the weather was nice! We couldn't waste the opportunity to go for a walk around the neighborhood. I have been dying to get Noah out for more than just running in and out of the car.
My mom made a lot of delicious food and we obligingly ate it all. Ignoring the fact that Noah has no clue what's going on, my mom spoiled him with a very full Easter basket. I definitely get my love of holidays from my mom and love that she finds such joy surprising us with things she know we will love.
We couldn't leave Noah out of all the yummy food completely, so in honor of Easter, we fed Noah some yummy carrots :) He really loves to eat!
Thankfully, before Noah got too messy eating his dinner, he was in a super good mood and we were able to get tons of pictures of him with my family.

We were having so much fun with Noah's hat that even I had a turn wearing it. Looks like Noah thought it was pretty funny too :)

On Easter Sunday, we went to brunch at the Basking Ridge Country Club with the Flinns. It was a lot of fun because it was the first time Noah met some of Chris' extended family. He met Great Gram, Chris' Aunt Celine, cousins Janie and Tim, as well as family friend, Joanne.
Noah was a perfect angel and just played with his Peter Rabbit stuffed animal while we ate lunch.
And here's a close up of his outfit, since he had a bib on most of lunch.
As we do every year, we got a group picture of us... it's fun to see how we change (or rather not change) each year. I remember last year well, because I was pregnant with Noah, but we had only told our parents and siblings. I had horrible morning sickness and I couldn't enjoy the buffet to the fullest since lots of food still made me queasy.

After brunch, we headed back to Grammy and Grandpa's house where we got his Easter Basket. I can't wait for him to be old enough to use this cute sippy cup!
We finished Easter with a yummy dinner using his Peter Rabbit bowl.
Awww Noah is such a cutie! Love his outfits and his cute Easter basket! Looks and sounds like a perfect first Easter! Thanks for sharing! xo
